Return & Refund

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unopened and unused;
• The product must be in its original packaging;
• The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.

If an item arrives damaged or if an incorrect product was sent, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence. We will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Non-returnable items may include products marked as final sale or clearance.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier, generally between 5 and 21 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping

Free shipping is available within Canada on orders over $100 CAD.

However, certain remote or difficult-to-access areas may incur significantly higher shipping costs. In such cases, we reserve the right to: contact the customer to propose an alternative shipping solution; or cancel the order and issue a full refund if shipping costs are considered excessive.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order if: shipping costs are exceptionally high; the delivery location is in a remote or difficult-to-access area; the shipping carrier cannot reasonably deliver to the provided address; or shipping costs were incorrectly calculated due to a technical error.
